We always send a reminder at least 24 hours before your appointment to ensure you don’t forget. If you’re unable to attend, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service cost.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service amount as we reserve that time exclusively for you.

Lashes & Brows: If excessive fallout happens within 3 days, we will assess and fix it if needed.Yes! We are located in Cluster M, Jumeirah Lake Towers, and we offer free parking for our clients. Simply give us a call or send us a message when you’re near, and we’ll provide you with the access card for the parking.
